Stephen Wong
Stephen Wong is a pioneer whose vision shaped the foundation of KW Living Realty. Stephen built a reputation as a trusted voice in the industry at a time when Asian brokerages were just emerging in the GTA. Since earning his real estate license in 1975, he has built a career defined by vision, service, and leadership. In 1980, he obtained his broker’s license and founded Living Realty Inc., creating a brokerage that specialized in serving Toronto’s growing immigrant communities. Guided by his service-first philosophy, the company has grown to more than 800 agents worldwide and facilitates over 4,500 home sales annually.
His entrepreneurial drive led him to establish Living Properties Inc. in 1983, a property management company that has overseen more than 10 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate across Southern Ontario, including Pacific Mall. Eleven years later, he co-founded International Home Marketing Group, a trusted partner for developers responsible for selling thousands of condominiums and new homes across the GTA. Through these ventures, Stephen has created a unique ecosystem of services that benefits both clients and agents, all under one roof.
With decades of experience and a legacy of leadership as President of the Chinese Real Estate Professional Society of Ontario, Director of Equitable Trust Company, and Chairman of both the Mandarin Club of Toronto and the Mandarin Golf and Country Club , Stephen remains an industry icon whose influence continues to guide the company. His dedication to clients, his role as a mentor to agents, and his integrity in business led to an Ontario Chinese Canadian Entrepreneur Award and have made him a figure of inspiration both within and beyond the real estate community.
Kelvin Wong
Since 2016, Kelvin Wong has served as KW Living Realty’s Broker of Record. Following the company’s partnership with Keller Williams, he also assumed the role of Operating Principal, driving the brokerage’s growth through strategic recruitment, retention, and expansion. Focused on building systems and technological enhancements into the DNA of the company, Kelvin also manages and mentors branch managers with knowledge, integrity, and technical excellence.
Kelvin’s journey into real estate began after a successful career in IT as a developer and senior technical specialist. As a sales agent, he distinguished himself early, earning four President’s Awards between 2009 and 2012 before moving into leadership as ICI Branch Manager. Known for his decisive and logical approach, he is a problem solver who brings clarity, focus, and action to every challenge. His greatest fulfillment comes from watching agents succeed and helping clients achieve their financial and homeownership goals, reflecting his commitment to growth and excellence within KW Living Realty.
Ben Wong
Ben Wong brings a rare blend of legal expertise, development experience, and business leadership to his role as President of KW Living Realty. A former Bay Street lawyer and seasoned executive, he has spent more than a decade guiding real estate projects and property management firms across the GTA. His ability to combine deep knowledge with practical execution has earned him a reputation for delivering results with integrity and precision.
He is the founder of Skybourne Developments and President of Living Properties Inc, where he oversees the management of more than 300 properties. Ben’s career has been defined by transparency, efficiency, and a commitment to helping people achieve their goals in real estate. At KW Living Realty, he carries forward the values of respect and professionalism established by his father, while shaping a future where innovation and trust continue to guide every decision.
William Lau
William Lau brings clarity and strategy to KW Living Realty. With a focus on financial and human resource management and building systems, William helps ensure that every agent and client experience runs seamlessly. His leadership background in banking and finance has given him the ability to balance big-picture vision with attention to detail, making him a trusted advisor in both operations and relationships.
For William, success is measured by results, and more so, by the quality of support he provides to those around him. David Wong

With 40 years of experience as a realtor with the team and a natural ability to connect with people, David focuses on creating strong relationships that foster trust and long-term success. He is a Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Award recipient, reflecting his dedication to his community and country. It is with this same dedication that David takes to understand the real estate market and the professionals who trade in it – he brings knowledge, empathy, respect and insight to every interaction.

Eddie Tang
Eddie Tang is a leader known for his dedication, precision and care. At the brokerage, Eddie oversees technology, marketing, and operations, ensuring agents and clients have the tools and support they need to succeed. He drives all facets of corporate strategic initiatives through thoughtful analysis and data-driven insight, combining a practical mindset with a forward-looking approach that makes complex processes feel simple and achievable.
Eddie is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a dedicated focus on helping those around him. He believes that when individuals feel supported, they can accomplish more, and he works tirelessly to create that environment and lead by example. His direction helps make KW Living Realty a place where professionalism meets compassion, and where every success is shared.

Over the years, we’ve proudly supported Adventure Place, an organization that provides mental health, social, and developmental services for children and families, and through our sister company Oracle, we’ve sponsored Hold’em For Life – Charity Challenge in support of cancer research.
